PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Montgomery did adopt Local Law No. 1 of 2023 on the 3rd day of October, 2023 at the Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, NY 12549.

SAID LOCAL LAW provides for the regulation of ATV use within the Village of Montgomery.

 Copies of Local Law No. 1 of 2023 are available at the Village Clerk’s Office during regular business hours and on the Village’s web site.
