(each week will be capped and closed at 150 registered campers)
NOTE: CURRENT IMMUNIZATION RECORDS REGUIRED AT TIME OF REGISTRATION
Village & Town of Montgomery Residents can register from 9:00 am-11:00 am; Open registration from 11:30 am- 12:30 pm
Registration payment will have two options: (Check or Money order only NO CASH)
Option # 1 – payment in full @ time of registration.
Option # 2 – 2 equal installments of total camp fee; 1st due at registration, 2nd due by Friday 06/02/2023
Note: There will be 4 staff registering in order to have the lines move faster.
There is a $75 non-refundable administration fee included in you registration fee
All fees must be paid by Friday June 02, 2023 to attend camp your first scheduled day.

Flag test at intersection of Union Street (RT-211) and Chandler Road
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Route 211 Owner LLC will perform a flag test at the proposed warehouse facility located at the intersection of Union Street (RT-211) and Chandler Road.
The flags will be hung on March 7, 2023 and remain throughout the week.
The purpose of the flag test is to establish the height of the proposed buildings and mark other 'limit of disturbance’ areas. The applicants' engineers will establish the locations of each corner for all buildings and hang flags to depict the actual height of the buildings. The heights will be documented and verified to be generally accurate. Once the data is verified, the applicant will take new photographs at each of the existing viewshed locations so that they can provide a comparison study of photo-simulation that was presented to the Planning Board. Please note that the purpose of the test is to determine the impact to the viewshed to the surrounding area and the fact that the test is being conducted does not give any member of the public the right to enter onto the property.
NOTICE OF RESCHEDULED MEETING VILLAGE OF MONTGOMERY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Montgomery will be moved from Tuesday March 21, 2023 to Wednesday March 22, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. and shall be held at the Village Of Montgomery Village Hall located at 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York. During said meeting, any lawful business of the Village shall be conducted.
The Village of Montgomery will make every effort to assure that the meeting is accessible to persons with disabilities. Anyone requiring special assistance and/or reasonable accommodations should contact the Village Clerk.

NOTICE OF ADOPTION LOCAL LAW NO. 1 OF 2022
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Montgomery did adopt Local Law No. 1 of 2022 on the 20th day of December, 2022 at the Village Senior Center, 36 Bridge Street, Montgomery, NY 12549.
SAID LOCAL LAW provides for the Administration and Enforcement of The New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code (The Uniform Code) and The State Energy Conservation Construction Code (The Energy Code) in the Village of Montgomery.
Copies of Local Law No. 1 of 2022 are available at the Village Clerk’s Office during regular business hours and on the Village’s web site.

VILLAGE OF MONTGOMERY INTRODUCTORY LOCAL LAW NO. _1__ OF 2022
Be it enacted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Montgomery, in the County of Orange, as follows:
SECTION 1. PURPOSE AND INTENT
This local law provides for the administration and enforcement of the New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code (the Uniform Code) and the State Energy Conservation Construction Code (the Energy Code) in the Village of Montgomery (hereinafter the “Village”). This local law is adopted pursuant to section 10 of the Municipal Home Rule Law. Except as otherwise provided in the Uniform Code, the Energy Code other state law, or other section of this local law, all buildings, structures, and premises, regardless of use or occupancy, are subject to the provisions this local law.
