PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing of the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery will be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Village Hall Board Room, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery. New York 12549 to consider the application of Devitt Management and 71-73 Clinton St, LLC, who are seeking site plan approval for the construction of a 2.240 sq. ft. mixed use building proposed to have retail/commerciaJ space on the first floor and three (3) residential apartments on the second floor. The property subject to the application is located at 77 Clinton Street (designated on the Tax Map as Section 202. Block 3. Lot 7.2 and consisting of approximately 7,231 sq. ft. or 0.166 acres) and is located in the 8-2 (Village Business) Zoning District.

A copy of the application and related documentation is on file at Village Hall and may be viewed during regular business hours. Written comments will be received by the Board no later than December 14 and such comments will be made part of the official record of the proceedings.
