NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Montgomery on Thursday May 12, 2022 at 7:20 P.M. at Montgomery Village Hall located at 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York regarding the consideration and approval of a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Village of Montgomery and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications.

Any resident of the Village of Montgomery is entitled to be heard concerning the abovementioned franchise agreement at such public hearing. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time. Time limitations may be imposed for each oral statement, if necessary. The proposed agreement is available online at villageofmontgomery.org. A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Clerk’s office:
