It was to be held at the Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street; Montgomery, New York 12459. This notice is sent to you pursuant to Section 95 of Public Officers Law. Such meeting is open to the public.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Montgomery, County of Orange, State of New York, at a special meeting thereof held on the 13th day of December, 2021 did adopt a resolution pursuant to Town Law Section 209-B consenting to the Village’s inclusion within the boundaries of the proposed Town of Montgomery Ambulance District, and further consents to the Village’s inclusion in the associated Map, Plan and Report with respect to said Ambulance District. This resolution is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Section 24 of the Municipal Home Rule Law and Article 9 of the New York State Village Law. A complete copy of the resolution and map, plan and report are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Office of the Village Clerk. A petition, to be valid, must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the date of adoption of the resolution.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at 7:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Village Hall, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, NY 12549 to consider the application of Rowley Development Corp., for subdivision approval and site plan approval.
The property has frontage on Clinton, Charles and Union (NYS RT 211) streets and is designated on the Village tax map Section 202, Block 3, Lot 13. The Property is located in the R-6 (1 & 2 Family Residence) and B-2 (Village Business) zoning districts.
At the above date, time and place all interested persons will be given a reasonable opportunity to be heard. Written comments will be received by the Board no later than December 22, 2021.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Montgomery will be held on Monday December 13, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. at Montgomery Village Hall located at 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery
The purpose of this special meeting will be to: i) consider a resolution to be included in the proposed Town of Montgomery Ambulance District; and ii) to conduct any other lawful business of the Town.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the special meeting is not a public hearing or regular meeting and unless otherwise stated, there will be no public comment period during this meeting

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Montgomery did adopt Local Law No. 7 of 2021 on the 6th day of December, 2021 at the Village Courtroom, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, NY 12549.
SAID LOCAL LAW amends the zoning map in accordance with Chapter 122 of the Village Code to annex the parcel known as Section 28, Block 1, Lot 13.22 located on Dunn Road, Montgomery, NY from the Town of Montgomery into the Village of Montgomery and classify said parcel as being within the I-1 zoning district of the Village
Copies of Local Law No. 7 of 2021 are available at the Village Clerk’s Office during regular business hours and on the Village’s web site.
