VILLAGE OF MONTGOMERY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING INTRODUCTORY LOCAL LAW # 8 OF 2021 OPTING OUT OF LICENSING AND ESTABLISHING RETAIL CANNABIS DISPENSARIES AND ON-SITE CANNABIS CONSUMPTION ESTABLISHMENTS WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF MONTGOMERY

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that there has been introduced before the Board of Trustees of the Village of Montgomery, New York, a local law entitled “LOCAL LAW ADOPTED PURSUANT TO NEW YORK STATE CANNABIS LAW §131 OPTING OUT OF LICENSING AND ESTABLISHING RETAIL CANNABIS DISPENSARIES AND ON-SITE CANNABIS CONSUMPTION ESTABLISHMENTS WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF MONTGOMERY, which Local Law opts the Village out of hosting retail cannabis dispensaries and on-site cannabis consumption establishments within its boundaries.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees on Tuesday December 21, 2021 at 7:15 P.M. at Montgomery Village Hall located at 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York to review and consider the aforesaid Introductory Local Law.

 Any resident of the Village of Montgomery is entitled to be heard concerning the above mentioned local law at such public hearing. Copies of the Introductory Local Law are available for review at:
